Fried banana's.
Pisang Goreng or the fried banana, a side dish so delicious..........
Ingredients? All B's.
The bigger the better they say, right?
- Banana's, as many as you need.
- Butter or peanut oil.
- Brown sugar
- Beer
Baking the pisang.
They kinda get limp when you cook them, be careful! Peel the Banana's and slice them in half, from top to Bottom that is. Get out your Baking dish and put the Banana's in open side up. In a seperate dish put in your 2nd B, the Butter and stir in the 3rd B, the Brown sugar. Stir all together when warm and pour over the Banana's in the first dish and put on Broil (hey another B) in the oven. While waiting to get Brown have your 4th B, the Beer. When Brown, remove from oven and eat. Watch, don't Burn your mouth! Very nice with Nasi Goreng.
